Set among the trees in Abbeyleix, An Lasán Sauna is a peaceful, private spot to properly switch off. The barrel sauna is heated the traditional way with a real wood fire, with an ice bath and outdoor rain shower close by for the full hot-and-cold experience — all under string lights and open sky.
We've built it to feel like a genuine escape rather than just another spa visit. You'll be looked after from the moment you arrive — it's a warm, welcoming space where you can breathe out, ease sore muscles, or simply sit with good company and let the evening slow down.
